Alumni Giving Back to the University Community

Gratitude is best expressed through action. When several members of our batch reunited during the 2024 Alumni Meet, we recognized a collective urge to contribute back to the university that shaped our foundation. We initiated the UUHF Young Alumni Endowment Fund to support merit-cum-need scholarships and student startup incubation.

Thanks to contributions from alumni across India and abroad, the initiative has already funded two research grants for postgraduate students working on organic pest management and sustainable agroforestry. Seeing students present their findings at national seminars brings immense fulfillment to everyone who contributed.

We hope this culture of giving back inspires every graduating batch to leave behind a stepping stone for those who follow in their footsteps.
